The Opportunity Our client is seeking a Residential Construction Technical Specialist to join their team in a hybrid role based in Surrey. This position combines in-office collaboration and report writing with field-based technical assessments across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, with occasional travel elsewhere in Western Canada.
