Residential Engineer

• To execute, implement and ensure project completion and delivery on time with good quality product.
• Assisting the Civil & Structural consultant on all technical matters.
• Ensure work on site is carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications.
• Carry out value engineering works where possible.
• Co-ordinate of work done by contractors.
• Monitor progress and highlight critical problems/ issue to consultants.
• Attend and report all site meetings.
• To comply ISO requirement & rectify shortfalls detected within allowed timeframe.
