                                      About our Client: 
Troocoo is proudly partnering with a purpose-driven organisation to recruit several Residential Home Placement Officers to join a busy and compassionate team supporting elderly Queenslanders through the transition into aged care.
Contract Details:
 
Initial 3 month temporary role commencing as soon as possible 
Potential to extend
Full support and training provided 
Parking onsite 
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm 
Interviews commencing as soon as possible
 The Role:
 
Support aged care residents and their families through the aged care placement journey
Act as first point of contact via phone and email for families, residents, hospitals and social workers
