Residential Life Coordinator

Full Time position based in Christchurch, NZ.

About The Role

• Full Time position, 40hrs per week across a Tuesday - Saturday roster between 2pm to 10:30pm
• Support the implementation and delivery of the residential life programme, including events and initiatives to support wellbeing and engagement
• Assist with arrival, orientation and departure processes
• Assist with student behaviour and care
• Contribute to a positive/supportive culture within UniLodge Living Group
• Collaborate with a wider residential experience team within UniLodge Canterbury
• Support operational tasks within the hall of residence
• Be an active member of the emergency response team during shift times

About You

• Previous experience in event management and youth engagement
• Evidence of tertiary studies that provide a comprehensive understanding of university life
