Residential Marketing Coordinator

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications
2. 2–3 years of experience in marketing and design for high-end brands
3. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken — essential)
4. Experience in the luxury sector, particularly in branding and visual design
5. Advanced skills in tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
6. Knowledge of digital content creation and web design
7. Ability to work with digital marketing metrics, strategy optimization, and engagement analysis
