Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

:
  • Assist with residential asphalt paving, repairs, and resurfacing

  • Prepare job sites, including grading, raking, shoveling, and compacting asphalt

  • Operate hand tools and small equipment as required

  • Maintain a safe work environment

  • Work closely with crew members and supervisors

  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

  • Maintain a clean and organized job site

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the crew lead or foreperson

    • Requirements:

  • Previous paving, construction, or labour experience considered an asset

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment

  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

  • Valid driver’s license
