Residential Production Estimator

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Residential Production Estimator to support residential construction projects across NSW (preferred) and QLD. This role is focused on post-contract / production estimating, delivering accurate take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to support purchasing and construction teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience estimating project homes, with exposure to multi-residential and custom builds, and is highly proficient in Databuild.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare full material take-offs and BOQs for residential construction projects
• Generate accurate estimates to support purchase ordering and build delivery
• Work across project homes, with some multi-residential and custom builds
• Maintain cost accuracy and consistency in line with company standards
