Responsibilities Running a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion Dealing with a mix of transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity Working on a fully remote basis, using modern case management systems and AI-supported processes Operating with strong administrative and secretarial support, alongside tech designed to reduce manual input Qualifications An experienced conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Con...
