Hope Springs is HOPE’s residential rehabilitation service, based on the Therapeutic Community (TC) model. It provides a safe and structured environment where individuals can focus on their recovery, develop life skills, and build healthy connections.

About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be an integral part of the Hope Springs community. You’ll work directly with residents to support their recovery journey through mentoring, structured programs, and community living.
