Resort Butler

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Butler

professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of

customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Butler you are responsible to provide professional and personalized service to our

guests who stay in the Resort Cabins, ensuring their stay will become a memorable

experience. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and conduct a general orientation of Ezra Resort for the

guests.

• Act as a point of contact for the guest during their stay, assisting with any

arrangements or requests of the guest.

• Identify and anticipate guest needs and ensure personalized service is provided.
