Position Summary:
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest
cabins, and common areas within the resort. This role aims to create an immaculate
and inviting atmosphere, ensuring guests have a luxurious and comfortable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Cabin Cleaning:
Clean and tidy guest accommodations daily, including making beds, changing linens,
dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
Replace used towels, toiletries, and other amenities.
Ensure cabins are properly stocked with essentials and that any damaged or missing
items are reported.
Common Area Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness in all common areas such as reception area, corridors, smoking
area, public restrooms and restaurant.
