Role Purpose
The General Manager is accountable for the overall performance of the resort—guest experience, operational excellence, financial results, people leadership, brand standards, and stakeholder relationships.
The GM maintains Kenlife's quality in organic farm-to-table dining, wellness programs, and local experiences, ensuring safe, profitable, and sustainable operations.
