Mangrove Place Siquijor is looking for an experienced Resort Manager to oversee daily resort operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The Resort Manager will lead a small team, manage operations, support sales and events, and maintain high standards of service, safety, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a boutique resort environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the resort, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance
• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent guest service and maintain high operational standards
• Lead, train, schedule, and monitor team performance
• Assist in sales support, including room bookings, F&B packages, and event coordination
