Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience as an Operations Manager or Assistant Operations Manager in a hotel or resort (3-star or above preferred)
• Strong background in front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and security operations
• Proven experience in staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and basic financial reporting
• Familiar with Philippine labor laws, health and safety regulations, and resort compliance standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, hands-on, and service-oriented
• Willing to stay in the resort and work on weekends and holidays
