What You'll Do

• Supervise daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, and soon F&B.
• Create and implement strategies to increase bookings, promote resort packages, and achieve revenue targets.
• Represent La Manna in client meetings, events, and partnership discussions.
• Build and manage partnerships with travel agencies, suppliers, local businesses, and community organizations to expand market reach.
• Ensure guest satisfaction from arrival to departure.
