Resort Supervisor

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in beach, aquatic, parks, or outdoor recreation settings
• Knowledge of beach safety practices and crowd management
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support beach staff, including lifeguards, attendants, and maintenance personnel
• Ensure compliance with beach rules, safety regulations, and local ordinances
• Monitor beach conditions, weather, tides, and crowd levels; take appropriate action when needed
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and visitor concerns in a calm and professional manner
