Resource Coordinator (Professional Services)

Job Description

Summary:Rocket Software’s Customer Solutions Engineering (CSE) function is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Resource Coordinator to support the Professional Services team in aligning staffing needs with customer and project demands. This role is a central coordination point between Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and the Project Management Office, ensuring accurate and efficient resource planning, forecasting, and scheduling using Kantata SX, Excel, and other data analysis tools.

The Resource Coordinator improves delivery forecast accuracy, maintains real‑time visibility into resource assignments, and optimizes talent deployment across the Professional Services organization to accelerate time to value.
