Resource Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently enrolled in a BS in Industrial Engineering, Construction Technology, Industrial Technology, or any related engineering program.
• Must be an incoming 3rd or 4th year student.
• Amenable to report in DMCI Homes Head Office at Bangkal, Makati City.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manpower Monitoring

• Assists in recording daily time records
• Tracks man-hours per activity (regular, overtime, night duty)
• Supports the preparation of weekly manpower reports

Documentation & Reporting

• Organizes construction manpower reports
• Encodes data in spreadsheets or systems (e.g., Excel, Power BI data inputs)

Learning & Development

• Learns basic construction manpower resource balancing principles
• Observes proper work procedures and productivity practices
• Performs other related tasks as assigned by engineers or supervisors
