Resource Management, Senior Associate (Consulting) - 14 month contract

Key Responsibilities

As an RM Senior, you will be responsible for capacity management supporting deployment and the development of the Consulting client‑serving professionals. You will be responsible for reporting requirements in order to effectively deploy client‑serving professionals and provide them with meaningful career experiences. You will receive regular supervision on a day‑to‑day basis to set appropriate priorities.

Deployment

• Support Consulting RM SSL Leads in addressing complex scheduling assignments.
• Regularly review CRM/pipeline data to proactively match resources to committed deals and highly probable pursuits.
• Conduct skill and bio/CV searches that focus on matching project needs with required skills, development opportunities and project risk.
