Resource Manager (Kelowna)

The Resource Manager serves as a strategic partner to assigned Buying Group Member (Health Authority or Other), driving operational excellence, innovation, and value creation across the contract lifecycle. This role champions key focus areas such as sustainability, technology, safety, and efficiency, while proactively resolving challenges, fostering vendor relationships, and aligning client needs with Aramark’s capabilities.

A critical component of the role involves engaging with supply chain and vendor partners to source and deliver all required food and supplies. The Resource Manager works to mitigate and address service‑impacting issues, ensuring continuity and quality of service.
