Resource Manager

The ER&D UK Practice is seeking a Staffing Manager to collaboratively manage the dynamic allocation of engineering resources across the UK and other countries, ensuring the right capability is in the right place at the right time. In this role, you will work closely with Country Leaders, Global Practice staffing managers, Engineers, Talent Acquisition, Sales, Delivery and Procurement to maximise productivity and meet business demand. You will be responsible for optimising the deployment of both permanent and contingent engineers within the UK Practice, supporting efficient, informed, and agile resourcing decisions.

• Ensure “Right capability, Right place, Right time” (R3) across multiple Engineering Units by aligning capability supply with demand, addressing skills gaps through upskilling, reskilling and effective rotation planning.
