Resource Planning Specialist

Resource Planning Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling raw material and inventory resources to support production and operational requirements. This role ensures timely availability of materials, optimal inventory levels and effective coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain business continuity and cost efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, monitor and control inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods to support production and operational requirements.

• Forecast material requirements based on production plans, sales demand and historical consumption.

• Raise and manage purchase requisitions or purchase orders in line with approved forecasts, lead times and operational needs.

• Liaise with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery schedules, supply constraints and follow-ups.
