& Summary

Resource Management (RM) team is a pivotal point of all our staff, projects and sales. We support optimal planning and allocation of our employees to projects (in close cooperation with Team Leaders, Go To Market Team and Project Managers). We collect and analyse the demand for particular project roles and competences, we forecast future needs and address them proactively. We take care of the flow of information between all interested parties, which makes the RM Team the real nervous system for the whole organisation. 


We are looking for: 
Resource Planning Specialist

  • Support planning and allocating staff for projects (in close cooperation with other teams), 
  • Regularly collect and report information on resource demand,
