The role leverages data, automation, and AI-driven insights to optimize utilization, maintain governance, and deliver accurate reporting for capacity and performance trends. Additionally, it supports project setup, monitors utilization, and drives forecasting and budgeting to enable proactive decision-making.Resourcing;
