Resourcing Coordinator

The role

As part of our Engineering & Sustainment Services group, the Resourcing Coordinator will act as a key resourcing advisor, leveraging data analytics and workforce planning insights to implement high-impact resourcing strategies. As the primary point of contact for all participants and the custodian of the Duty Statement Library, you will drive continuous improvement, build hiring manager capability through targeted training, and serve as the final escalation point for all recruitment-related matters.

Further, the successful candidate will:

• Coordinate interview panels, managing candidate communications, and maintaining job boards and external job advertisements.
• Manage recruitment action requests, vacancy briefs, release of roles, submission management & offers.
• Deliver end-to-end Talent Acquisition services, driving a continuous improvement mindset to enhance both hiring manager and candidate experiences.
