Resourcing has expanded to the point that we will need an associate in India to support the
following tasks:
● aggressively support resourcing operations to maximize revenue
● become an expert in OpenAir resource module bookings and reportings process
● perform monthly audits of all billable resource data across multiple subsidiaries
● work closely with client delivery to make updates across all Active projects
● run daily and weekly customized reports in Open Air
● manage the India Bios collection process and database
● make recommendations to support department directors' resource assignments
● work to resolve daily scheduling requests
● send email updates and introductions when new billable resources join a team
