Resourcing Operations Specialist

We are recruiting for a Resourcing Operations Specialist for a leading Aerospace organisation based on site in Belfast.

We are looking for a process-driven specialist to own our talent lifecycle, transforming complex administrative steps into a smooth onboarding experience. You will be the link between our hiring Managers, Global Mobility, HRBP, Security, IT and direct with candidates, ensuring every stage of the recruitment and onboarding journey is efficient and fully compliant.

Responsibilities

System Ownership & Data Integrity: Act as the power user for Workday, taking full ownership of resourcing data management, process configuration, and reporting. This includes maintaining data integrity across all systems and ensuring our Google Sheet trackers (our source of truth) are automated, accurate, audit-ready, and optimized for compliance reporting.
