Responsibilities:
Identify and engage education professionals through proactive sourcing methods.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for specific roles.
Manage and maintain a candidate pipeline, converting leads to registrations.
Support candidates with the onboarding process and compliance documentation.
Ensure the candidate database is up to date and well-organized.
Foster positive candidate experiences by providing guidance and support.
Collaborate with the Schools Team to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.
