**Sign-On Bonus Details:**

2-year commitment: $12,000 (for candidates with 0-1 years of experience)

2-year commitment: $20,000 (for candidates with 1 or more years of experience)

**GENERAL OVERVIEW:**

Provides assessment, treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory disorders under licensed medical direction.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Administers therapeutic respiratory care procedures according to hospital and department policies. (55%)
+ Completes documentation that is required to measure, monitor, and ensure department effectiveness e.g., charting, billing, IPOC, patient/family education. (20%)
+ Performs diagnostic respiratory procedures according to hospital and department policies. (20%)
+ Provides instruction to patients and other members of the healthcare team as needed. (5%)
