Respiratory Therapist (with CPAP Experience)

We are hiring a patient-focused DME Specialist to support a growing sleep medicine operation. This role centers on CPAP compliance education, patient communication, and coordination of sleep-related services , while also supporting core administrative workflows.

This position is ideal for professionals who understand sleep therapy, compliance requirements, and DME operations , and who are comfortable balancing patient interaction with structured, detail-driven backend work.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate patients on CPAP usage, compliance standards, and therapy adherence
• Troubleshoot common CPAP concerns and reinforce treatment importance
• Conduct and document patient… patient follow-ups related to compliance progress
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient interactions

DME & Sleep Operations Support

• Schedule sleep studies, sleep tests, and CPAP setup appointments
