Main Responsibilities

Ensure the operational and commercial management of the store

Supervise the sales and stock teams

Implement and monitor internal procedures

Manage sales performance (revenue, margins, inventory)

Ensure quality customer service and adherence to brand standards

Participate in the creation and opening of new stores (if applicable)

Provide regular reports to management

Desired Profile

Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or higher

Age: Under 38

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager at CTM or Tile Africa

Priority given to candidates who have participated in the creation/opening of stores

Or who have worked as a Store Manager outside of South Africa

Strong team management and store management skills

Good understanding of sales performance indicators

Organizational skills, leadership, and results-oriented
