JOB TYPE: Permanent (Monday to Saturday)

Job Description - Essential Functions and Key Areas of Responsibilities (non-exhaustive)

• Perform all duties relating to the management of the legal requirements and compliance with SAPC, SAHPRA, Pharmacy Act, Medicine and related Substances Act, GPP and GWP regulations and guidelines and ensure active licensing, registration and renewal with all.
• Responsible for drafting, updating, training, monitoring, Archiving, distributing, and implementing SOPs.
• Conducting related SAPC and SAHPRA self-inspections and audits, managing formal inspections and updating and renewing all regulatory licences.
