Job Overview  Supports the development and execution of commodity strategy for the procurement team and drives the leading indicators like savings pipeline. 
Job Requirements  Mineral Compliance & Supply Chain Management Program Management: Partner with Business Process teams to lead proactive supplier management for conflict, extension, and additional minerals. 
Data Validation: Oversee annual audit campaigns; identify in-scope parts, review reporting templates (CMRT/EMRT), and approve/reject supplier submissions. 
Risk Mitigation: Monitor smelter risk statuses (High-Risk/Sanctioned) and lead remediation efforts, including the removal of Smelters of Concern.
