Responsible Technical Line Operator

Introduction

At an Ice Cream group of companies in Belgium we are looking for a line-responsible Technical Operator who can run their filling line independently and efficiently while the rest of the country sleeps. You ensure that your line is correctly set up, the production schedule is followed, and colleagues know what to pay attention to.

As a line-responsible operator, you are actively involved as an operator yourself, while also maintaining an overview of the entire line. You give clear instructions to the packaging team and intervene when technical or quality issues arise.

This is not a managerial position, but it is a key role for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and values structure, quality, and teamwork.
