Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field (preferred but not required)
• At least 2–3 years experience in restaurant or food & beverage operations, with supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Proficient in POS systems and basic reporting tools
