Restaurant Assistant Manager

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
Supervise and guide service staff to ensure efficient and professional service
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to guest enquiries and feedback promptly
Maintain service quality and ensure compliance with the restaurant's service standards and procedures
Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and manpower allocation
Train and mentor service staff to improve service standards and product knowledge

Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control and ordering of supplies
