Food Preparation & Cooking

• Prepare, cook, and plate a wide variety of Filipino dishes in accordance with VistaView's recipes and quality standards
• Execute traditional and regional Filipino cooking techniques such as braising, grilling, frying, roasting, and slow-cooking
• Ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation for every dish served
• Prepare sauces, marinades, broths, and side dishes in advance of service
• Assist with banquet, catering, and special event food preparation when required

Kitchen Operations

• Set up and break down workstations before and after service
• Follow daily prep lists and kitchen schedules to meet service demands
• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen supervisors during service to ensure smooth operations
• Communicate clearly with front-of-house staff regarding orders and special requests
• Support junior kitchen staff and assist with training when need...
