Job Description

  1. Wear clean attire in accordance with the company's dress code and ethics.
  2. Ensure personal attire is neat and presentable at all times.
  3. Wear proper hair cover and gloves as required.
  4. Maintain hand and nail hygiene.
  5. Ensure the restaurant is kept in good and clean condition.
  6. Keep the premises clean at all times.
  7. Ensure the floor is free from excessive sand, rubbish, or dust.
  8. Ensure sufficient supplies are available at the sauce section at all times.
  9. Ensure all prepared food ingredients are clean and fresh.
  10. Prepare cooking equipment and ingredients required for food preparation.
  11. Prepare cooking ingredients according to operational needs.
  12. Measure ingredients in accordance with established SOPs.
  13. Store food items in the store and freezer according to proper storage procedures, and carry out food pre-preparation, packaging, and cleaning of used equipment.
