Customer Service

• Greet and serve customers politely and efficiently.
• Take orders accurately (dine-in & takeaway).
• Handle payments and operate the POS system.
• Attend to customer requests and resolve minor complaints.

Food & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare food and beverage according to SOP.
• Assist kitchen team in food plating and portioning (if assigned).
• Maintain product quality and consistency.

Outlet Cleanliness

• Clean tables, floor, and working areas before, during, and after shifts.
• Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are always met.

Team Support

• Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth outlet operation.
• Follow instructions from supervisor/manager promptly.
• Help with restocking, setup, and end-of-day closing tasks.
