Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to support store operations and ensure smooth service flow. The Supervisor will oversee daily FOH activities, assist in staff performance, and uphold Nono's service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily shift operations for front-of-house
Maintain high levels of hospitality and guest satisfaction
Support team training, coaching, and staff allocation
Monitor cleanliness, service flow, and table turnover
Coordinate closely with the kitchen for service efficiency
Assist in inventory counts and store reporting
Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience as Restaurant Supervisor, Team Lead, or similar role
