Restaurant Front House Supervisor

ROLE PURPOSE

The Front of House Supervisor is responsible for ensuring excellent guest service, smooth daily operations in the dining area, and strong leadership of waitstaff and hosts. This role bridges management and service teams, driving standards, efficiency, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Service & Guest Experience

• Lead service shifts and maintain high hospitality standards at all times.
• Greet guests, manage seating flow, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor service speed, food quality presentation, and cleanliness.
• Ensure buffet areas are clean, replenished, and well presented.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business
