An exciting opportunity for an experienced restaurant General Manager with Dubai experience to join this established hospitality group currently expanding into the Middle East.
The ideal General Manager will have a background in fine dining or high-end restaurants, with proven expertise in Italian cuisine.
This role would suit a hands-on General Management style, someone who thrives in client-facing environments & enjoys being the face of the business.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an restaurant General Manager in fine dining or luxury restaurant environments
Expertise in Italian cuisine is essential
Strong leadership, creativity, & people management skills
Experience working in Dubai or the Middle East preferred
A keen mentor with an exceptional eye for detail
Experience in new restaurant openings beneficial
