We're looking for one strong leader to run the entire show — kitchen, bakery, and front of house — with a focus on quality, efficiency, and growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who jump in where they are needed and can lead people, control costs, and find ways to grow sales.

Your Role

• Lead, train, and hold BOH (kitchen & bakery) + FOH teams accountable.
• Maintain top standards for recipes, plating, and service.
• Manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, and supplier relationships.
• Control food costs, labor costs, and waste — stop losses before they start.
• Track sales & expenses; work with owners on strategies to increase revenue and profit.
• Keep operations smooth during peak hours and events.
