Looking for a highly qualified Restaurant General Manager

Work Location: Robinson's Manila

Salary: Basic + SC

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

• At least 5–8 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale or fine-dining Asian restaurants

• Strong background in Asian cuisine concepts, service standards, and guest experience

• Proven experience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control

• Excellent leadership, people management, and training skills

• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and local regulatory compliance

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve guest concerns professionally

• Excellent communication skills in English; Filipino required
