· ・火災・衛生・健康と安全に関するホテルポリシーを認識し、厳守する

•Work together as a team

•Respond to guests at the live kitchen

•Follow hotel standards for preparation, cooking, and plating

•Propose menus to guests and teams

•Act according to the goals set by Hyatt

•Collaborate with other departments and work together

•Handle equipment and supplies with care

•Recognize and strictly adhere to hotel policies regarding fire, hygiene, health, and safety

**Qualifications:**
