Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate menu items according to recipes
• Set up and stock your station before service
• Keep your work area clean and follow food safety rules
• Rotate and check ingredients using FIFO
• Communicate with the kitchen team and assist during busy periods

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in a fast-paced kitchen
• Basic knife skills and cooking methods (frying, grilling, sautéing)
• Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends, and holidays
