• Organise and control the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and service quality
• Lead, supervise, and train front-of-house staff, including rostering and performance management
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
