RESTAURANT MANAGER:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high food and safety standards, managing staff, and optimizing profitability. A strong leader with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Train and manage restaurant staff (FOH and BOH)
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback/coaching.
• Support events, menu updates, and seasonal promotions.
