Job Description

Manage the daily operations of one or more full-service food and beverage outlets, including the coordination of special events. Ensure all service standards, operating procedures, brand guidelines, and local health, safety, and compliance regulations are strictly adhered to.

**Restaurant Operations**

+ Effectively manage restaurant operations in line with departmental standards and procedures
+ Ensure compliance with opening, closing, and bill payment procedures
+ Conduct effective shift briefings to communicate VIPs, special occasions, daily specials, and up-selling focus
+ Personally greet and farewell a minimum of 80% of guests
+ Motivate and lead staff to deliver consistently high levels of service across all shifts

**Bar & Beverage Operations**

+ Ensure effective beverage service with a focus on up-selling and responsible alcohol service
