RESTAURANT & DELI MANAGER WANTED

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant & Deli Manager to join our growing Wildsprout team.

This role requires someone who can confidently manage restaurant service and deli/retail operations, bring structure, lead people well, and uphold high standards across all areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across restaurant, bar, and deli
• Lead from the front during busy services while managing admin and planning
• Ensure consistent food quality, portion control, and service standards
• Manage stock control, FIFO, wastage, breakages, and expiry dates
• Oversee deli and retail merchandising, labelling, and presentation
• Create and manage staff rosters in line with operational needs and labour targets
• Train, coach, and develop staff while maintaining professional boundaries
